Mark Poczos, MBA, is a transformative business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in scaling Customer Success teams to enhance client outcomes. Previously, they held strategic roles at Draft, Leo Burnett, and Navistar Inc, focusing on brand strategy, account management, and marketing communications. Currently, as the Vice President of Client Success at ADP, they oversee the retention and growth of enterprise-sized clients while leading a team of over 40 Client Success Executives and Directors. Mark is committed to fostering a collaborative environment to improve client experiences and drive revenue growth. They are pursuing further education at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
