Marlie Patton

Marlie Patton, PHR, SHRM-CP, served as the Human Resources Director for both Vivex Biomedical and its sister company, Amendia, from 2014 to 2015, where they established HR infrastructure and processes that supported significant organizational growth. In previous roles, Marlie was a Generalist at Turner Broadcasting System from 2004 to 2008, overseeing HR needs across corporate departments, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Greenway Medical Technologies from 2010 to 2013, managing recruitment during a rapid expansion phase. Marlie's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of West Georgia and a Human Resources Management certification from Kennesaw State University. Currently, Marlie continues to enhance their expertise in the field of human resources.
