Matt P. is an accomplished Principal UX Designer at ADP, where responsibilities include designing systems, ensuring accessibility, and creating AI/ML user interfaces since February 2022. Previously, Matt P. served as Senior User Experience Architect at The Walt Disney Company from July 2014 to January 2021, leading a team in managing internal UX projects and conducting user research. Prior experience includes operating Matt Penna Design for over two decades and serving as Lead UX Strategist for Tata Consultancy Services at Bank of America, focusing on UX transformation for enterprise-level applications. Educational background includes a BA in Painting and Drawing from East Carolina University and certificates in professional acting from The Sanford Meisner Center and Upright Citizens Brigade.
