Max Li

Max Li is the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at ADP. In this role, he leads Global Enterprise Technology Solution (GETS). His primary focus areas are to deliver a strong associate experience through modern technologies; to drive ADP’s cloud strategy and modernize ADP’s private cloud, with security and business resiliency built into the design; and to uplift service technologies to provide connected service experience and an Enterprise Client 360 view for sales effectiveness and client success.

Max drives value creation and business results through technological advancement and consumer-grade user experiences. Driving innovation through collaboration, Max works to build infrastructures to support dynamic, high-performing teams.

Joining ADP in 2000, Max drove the development and launch of impactful technologies serving clients and worksite employees as Director of Emerging Technology for ADP TotalSource. With an understanding of the tools and solutions that help employees achieve their fullest potential, Max went on to hold numerous leadership roles in Product Development. Max steered the development and launch of ADP Workforce Now, ADP’s strategic HCM platform in the mid-market and beyond, successfully deploying the solution across markets.

Max holds his Master of Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University, and Master of Industrial Management & BE from Zhejiang University in China.
