Melissa Ramirez possesses a diverse background in retail, management, and customer service with significant experience in various roles. Starting as a Retail Department Supervisor at Kohl's from August 2006 to October 2010, Melissa transitioned to administrative support as an Administrative Assistant at Payne's for a year. Between December 2011 and May 2019, Melissa served as an Assistant Manager at AT&T, focusing on Credit and Collections and DTV Fraud.
