Michael Cavanaugh is an accomplished leader in workforce and human capital management, focusing on labor optimization and employee engagement. With extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries, they have held significant roles at companies such as Stromberg Workforce Management, Ceridian, and ADP, where they drove sales and strategy for major accounts. Currently pursuing a BS in Professional Accounting at California State University-Long Beach, Michael has consistently prioritized helping colleagues and clients navigate challenges and seize opportunities. A native of Southern California, Michael enjoys traveling and volunteering at the Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters alongside their family.
