Michael Feist

Michael Feist has over 15 years of experience in human capital management and talent acquisition, currently serving as Channel Sales Manager at ADP since October 2006. In this role, Michael leads the Global Talent Acquisition Solutions team in customizing Recruitment Process Outsourcing services and integrated recruitment technologies to enhance clients' talent acquisition processes. Previous positions at ADP include HCM Business Consultant Manager, where Michael developed effective consulting teams, as well as roles in sales, account management, and training. Prior to ADP, Michael worked at VirtualEdge and ARAMARK in various training and management capacities. Michael holds an MBA in Human Resources from Temple University and a B.A. in Spanish and Business Administration from the University of Florida.
