Michael MacNeil

Michael MacNeil, FPC, has a robust background in telecommunications and payroll services. At Granite Telecommunications, Michael held several roles, including Provisioning Supervisor, where supervision involved a team facilitating telephone service conversions for over 14,000 corporate customers. Michael also pioneered the Granite Grid Provisioning Supervisor role, coordinating with various internal teams to ensure effective customer onboarding. More recently, Michael worked at ADP as a Payroll Business Partner II, providing expert payroll and compliance support to clients while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Michael's education includes an Associate degree in Applied Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Framingham State University.
