Michael Olega

Michael Olega is the Director of Continuous Improvement in Tax Compliance at ADP, where they lead coordination and reporting of financial risk and resolution for escalated issues impacting clients and payroll tax authorities. Previously, Michael was a Sr. Manager at ADP, overseeing interdisciplinary collaboration for tax reporting and compliance, as well as a Team Lead managing payroll tax filings. They founded Retrospect USB, where they developed and marketed custom USB drives, donating all profits to the local Make-a-Wish foundation. Earlier in their career, Michael served as an Account Manager at JHPUSA and as a Staff Assistant at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, specializing in data management.
