Michelle Pappas is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning at ADP, where they develop and implement growth strategies for the Compliance portfolio. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at ADP, including Sr. Director of Program Management and Director of Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement, where they drove product launches and strategic initiatives. Michelle has also contributed to Zions Bancorporation as the Director of the Technology Project Management Office. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from Westminster College and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
