Mike Bowers

Mike Bowers is a Chief Applications Architect at ADP, specializing in the architecture and management of scalable solutions across various industries, including Wireless, IoT, Fintech, and HR. They have extensive experience leading development teams and implementing enterprise integration patterns in both cloud and on-premises environments. Bowers previously held senior roles at Cambium Networks and Motorola, focusing on network management and software architecture. They have been actively engaged as a fractional CTO for multiple companies since 2018, mentoring teams and optimizing development processes. Bowers earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
