Mike Rice

Mike Rice is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the Human Capital Management Software sector. Currently, Mike serves as Vice President of Sales at ADP since August 2011, where leadership includes overseeing Major Accounts Sales Teams targeting companies with varying employee sizes, leading teams of up to nine direct representatives. Previous success at ADP includes roles as Director of Sales for National/Enterprise Accounts and Sales Leader for Mid Market Major Accounts. Before joining ADP, Mike excelled at Xerox-CAO, receiving multiple distinctions including Rookie of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year. Mike's career began as a Professional Hockey Player, paired with a solid academic foundation from Western University with a BA in Psychology and Economics.
