Previously, they served as a District Manager and 401K Specialist at ADP, honing their skills in leadership and team development while managing sales teams of 9-12 individuals. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and began their educational journey at Harford Community College with an Associate's degree in Political Science.
