Nicola Bertuzzi

Nicola Bertuzzi currently serves as the Sales District Manager for Enterprise Accounts at ADP, where responsibilities include partnering with large enterprises to enhance HR and payroll operations through secure cloud HCM solutions. Prior to this role, Nicola was a Major Account Manager at Applause, overseeing strategic accounts and customer success initiatives across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, while managing the complete customer lifecycle. Previously, Nicola held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at WebToGo GmbH, leading enterprise sales and SaaS business development for Tier 1 clients in EMEA, emphasizing the launch of SaaS platforms and large-scale digital transformations. Nicola holds an EMBA in Business Administration from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
