Randee Schneebaum

Randee Schneebaum has a robust background in human resources, beginning as a Supervisor at Trans World Airlines from April 1980 to August 1995, followed by a role as Director of Administrative Services at Harris Hardware/Sungold Abrasives from August 1995 to July 2005, where Randee established the HR department and implemented an employee development program that significantly reduced turnover. From January 2007 to March 2012, Randee served as Human Resources Supervisor at NAPA Management Services Corporation, designing wellness initiatives and benefit structures for multiple locations. Subsequently, Randee worked at ADP TotalSource as a Human Resource Business Partner from March 2012 to September 2017, providing HR consultancy across various industries, and continued as Senior HR Business Partner at ADP until retirement in November 2024. Additionally, Randee held a short-term role as an HR Consultant at AEC in April 2007.
