Raquel Primo

Raquel Primo, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Project Manager Team Lead at ADP since May 2014, focusing on Up Market Implementations for the central and west regions. Raquel's career at ADP also includes roles as an Implementation Manager and Implementation Project Manager, where responsibilities included serving as a subject matter expert and managing training and onboarding for the Global Implementation Team. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Consultant at Verizon Wireless, overseeing customer service and client development, a General Manager position at FroYo Love managing store operations, and a Finance Supervisor role at State Farm, leading a team in treasury management. Raquel holds a Master’s degree in Product Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso.
