Razvan Daba

Razvan Daba is a Senior Instructional Designer with almost 20 years of experience in designing and implementing interactive learning programs across various industries. Razvan held positions at GSK as a Quality Management and Health and Safety Specialist, and at Groupe Renault as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they managed large-scale learning initiatives. Additionally, Razvan worked at Speakers' Arena, Ipsos Interactive Services, and ASCENDIA S.A., coordinating and delivering a range of training programs. Currently, at ADP, Razvan focuses on analyzing and developing Enterprise Learning content, emphasizing inclusive and accessible design. Razvan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Communication from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
