Reesa S. is a highly creative and motivated leader serving as the Sr. Director of Implementation. With extensive operational experience in Financial Services and Group Insurance, Reesa has demonstrated strong abilities in change management, project leadership, and continuous process improvements. Previously recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Reesa successfully managed cross-functional project teams and implemented strategic initiatives that resulted in significant efficiency savings and enhanced client satisfaction. Reesa is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Suffolk County Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dowling College.
