Richard Cathy

Richard Cathy is a Senior Tax Manager at ADP, where they provide tax credit consulting and delivery for large corporate clients. They have previously served as Director of Corporate Tax Credits at Monarch Private Capital and held senior positions at KPMG and Ernst & Young, specializing in negotiating tax incentives for corporate relocations and expansions. Richard has also worked as a Financial Consultant and a Senior Legislative Aide, demonstrating a diverse background in finance and tax policy. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Administration at The University of Georgia.
