Rob Hamilton

Rob Hamilton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager at ADP since June 2016, Rob leads the development and growth of a $1.1 billion P&L for compliance products, leveraging strategic initiatives such as Gen AI to enhance revenue and reduce costs. Previous roles at Recall included Global Vice President & General Manager, where Rob successfully launched a global SaaS-based information management application, and Vice President & General Manager, overseeing a $170 million business unit. Earlier career stages at CHEP USA involved driving profitable revenue growth as a Regional Sales Manager and leading various sales initiatives. Rob holds an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Miami University.
