Rob Lewis is a seasoned professional in talent solutions and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Solutions at ADP, Rob leads initiatives to enhance associate engagement and performance management. Previously, Rob held leadership roles at Prudential Financial as VP of Talent & Capability Lead and at Pfizer in multiple HR leadership positions, where responsibilities included shaping organizational capability strategies and building new teams for significant business units. Rob also contributed to talent sustainability at PepsiCo, overseeing regional initiatives in the Middle East and Africa, and has a strong foundation in research and consulting from roles at LRI and Klein Associates. Rob holds a PhD and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, along with a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College.
