Robbie Sparrow is the Director of Learning Design at ADP, drawing on extensive experience in instructional design and training across various industries. Previously, Robbie served as an Instructional Designer at Seminole State College of Florida, where they enhanced online course delivery and facilitated faculty training during a significant transition to a new learning management system. With a Master of Education focused on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida, Robbie possesses a robust foundation in educational technology and is a dedicated team player skilled in engaging stakeholders and developing impactful training solutions. Additionally, earlier roles include positions at Walt Disney World and Kansas State University, where Robbie honed their skills in training and instructional support.
