Sanjay Chheda

Sanjay Chheda is a Principal Data Architect at ADP, where they lead data strategy, metadata management, and data governance for the multi-country iHCM product. Previously, Sanjay held positions including Managing Architect at Netcompany, where they significantly improved the Ofgem Faster Switching Programme, and Development Manager at Capita IT Professional Services, overseeing data migration initiatives for the NHSBSA Dental Service and the MOD. Sanjay's early career involved various roles at CGI, where they honed their skills in development and data architecture. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Liverpool, in addition to ongoing studies in Big Data and Azure Data Engineering.
