Scott Sizemore possesses extensive experience in client services and leadership roles within various organizations. At ADP, Scott served as Client Services Manager and Senior Manager, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 180 client accounts and managing escalations while enhancing team performance through analytics and feedback. Previous roles at ADP included Account Manager HCR, where Scott focused on healthcare compliance and client consultations. As Worship Leader at Warren Baptist Church since 2012, Scott has demonstrated public speaking and organizational skills while mentoring volunteers.
