Semra Room

Semra Room is a Global Payroll and HCM Integration Strategist with extensive experience in human resources and business solutions. They have held multiple roles at ADP since 2011, currently serving as a Domain Specialist for Global Payroll & HCM Integration in EMEA, where they advise on strategies for multi-country opportunities. Prior to this, Semra worked as a Human Resources Senior Analyst and consultant at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., focusing on process improvements and operational support. They hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Additionally, Semra is pursuing a qualification as a BodyCombat Instructor at Les Mills.
