Shawn Webb, CPP IPMA-SCP, is a Solution Architect specializing in HCM and Managed Services at ADP, Inc., where they have worked since 2015. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn has focused on application interface integrations and service offerings, aiming to enhance sales performance and client retention. Prior to their current role, they held several positions at ADP, including Sr. National Solution Consultant and Service Delivery Manager. Shawn earned a Masters of Business Administration in e-Business and Global Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
