Shell Lal

Shell Lal is currently a District Manager for Global Enterprise Solutions at ADP, focusing on custom-developed HCM and HR technology for healthcare organizations across the Western US. They previously held the position of Senior Manager at SThree, leading a Medical Device Sales team, and served as West Director, Perm for Randstad Technologies, where they managed and grew Direct Hire Operations across the West Region. Shell also worked as Director of Core Technology at Planet Technology and as Talent Delivery Manager at Randstad Sourceright, supporting Google’s strategic initiatives. They possess a B.Sc. in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and are pursuing a PGCE in Education from the University of Leicester.
