Sidcley Soares is a Distinguished Engineer at ADP since September 2007, responsible for leading the architecture of the ADP Workforce management suite, contributing to approximately $1 billion in revenue across over 100,000 companies. Previously, Sidcley served as Chief Architect, overseeing more than 100 developers and architects while designing a new frontend that handles 18 million daily logins. As Principal Architect, Sidcley led teams in Brazil, India, and the USA to develop the Portal as a Service platform for ADP's Workforce and Vantage products. Before ADP, Sidcley was a J2EE Developer at e-Core Software Development, focusing on projects for Bunge, and worked as a researcher at the Lutheran University of Brazil. Sidcley holds a BSc in Computer Science from ULBRA and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
