Simone Piana

Simone Piana is currently the VP of HR and Head of Talent Acquisition International at ADP, where they lead talent acquisition strategy and operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. With a successful background in various HR leadership roles, they have demonstrated expertise in people strategy, change leadership, and global talent acquisition. Simone previously held positions at Energizer and Metro Cash & Carry International, where they focused on HR management and organizational development. They earned an MBA in HR & Organization from ISTUD and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Law at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale 'Amedeo Avogadro'.
