Steffen Fohn is a Chief Data Architect at ADP and has been a member of the Technical Steering Committee for HR-Open Consortium since 2008, as well as serving as the Architecture Council Vice Chair for OAGi since 2005. Between 1994 and 2004, Steffen worked as an IT Architect at IBM. Their expertise encompasses Data Integration, API Design, and Data Modeling, with a strong focus on developing standards for enterprise data practices. Steffen holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and a Master's in Integrated Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
