Stella Jia is the Senior Director of Application Development at ADP, where they currently lead GenAI tooling initiatives and champion next-generation developer productivity within the organization. With over 20 years of experience in Application Development, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Cloud Engineering, Stella has transitioned from managing large-scale e-commerce platforms to spearheading innovative LLM application development for ADP's RUN Payroll product. Stella's past roles include significant leadership positions at Fiserv and Gerson Lehrman Group, where they drove the development of complex client-facing web applications and data-driven solutions. Stella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
