Steve Piekos is currently the Division Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ADP, where they lead the strategy for the Compliance Solutions business. Previously, they gained experience as a Venture Capital Intern at Sovereign's Capital and a Portfolio Intern at GI Partners in 2015. Steve also held various roles at Bain & Company from 2011 to 2013, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Manager. They earned a BA in Economics and a BS in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
