Swati Dutta

Swati Dutta is a learning design professional with extensive experience in corporate and adult learning, instructional design, and training effectiveness programs. Swati has worked as a Systems Project Manager at Aon Hewitt and has held roles at NIIT Limited, Accenture, and Kogent Learning Solutions, where they developed learning solutions for diverse subjects, including software engineering and healthcare management. Currently, Swati serves as a Senior Learning Design Consultant at ADP, specializing in creating effective training materials and utilizing various eLearning tools. Swati holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Computer Science.
