Tiandra Smith

Tiandra Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and retail management. Currently serving as a Client Services Account Manager at ADP since July 2025, Tiandra previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Hall des Lumières from June 2023 to October 2024. Tiandra's retail experience includes roles at Aesop, where responsibilities extended from Assistant Store Manager to Senior Retail Consultant, and earlier positions at Calzedonia Group as Shift Lead and in various capacities within Envision Healthcare, including Payment Analyst and Administrative Assistant. Tiandra also gained valuable experience through internships at Verasoni Worldwide and Fashion Angel Warrior. Tiandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University–Newark and an Associate in Applied Science in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
