Tim Carr

Tim Carr is a semi-retired executive with over 32 years of experience in sales and HRIS technology optimization, primarily at ADP, where they exceeded performance plans annually and earned Board of Directors status. As a consultative team leader, Carr focused on enhancing business relationships, team building, and driving revenue growth, managing significant client accounts worth $13 million in recurring revenue. They previously owned and led Twinkle Unlimited, Inc., a childcare and private school business that served 110 children annually and achieved notable success in the Miniature Horse Industry. Carr holds a BBA in Management, Marketing, and Finance from Sam Houston State University.
