Tim Kopko

Tim Kopko is a seasoned team consultant dedicated to enhancing organizational health and effectiveness by building engaged executive teams. With extensive experience across the military, transportation, and pharmaceutical sectors, Tim has held leadership roles in organizations such as Eisai and ADP, where they have successfully led sales teams, developed leadership programs, and facilitated organizational change initiatives. Tim has earned a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and completed Executive Education at The Wharton School, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
