Tom Scott

Tom Scott currently serves as Chief Application Security Architect at ADP since October 2020, focusing on human capital management processes. Concurrently, Tom is the Chief Architect of Cloud Infrastructure at the Cloud Security Alliance and a contributor to the DevSecOps Working Group. Additionally, Tom has been involved with the Open Alliance for Cloud Adoption, contributing authoring several influential white papers on cloud maturity and adoption strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Staff Security Specialist at The Walt Disney Company, where Tom was instrumental in enhancing IT security practices and compliance. Previous positions also include senior technology roles at Disney ABC Television Group and Ajilon Consulting, with early career experience as a project manager and application developer. Tom holds an AA/AS in Computer Science from Ventura College and law enforcement training from Rio Hondo College.
