Usman (Oz) Khan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, product management, and corporate development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Ventures at ADP, Usman has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Rakuten and undertaking strategy consulting at Accenture. Usman has held progressively senior roles in Consumer & Digital at TD Bank. Usman holds an MBA in Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
