Will H. is currently the Lead UX Researcher at ADP, where they leverage their inquisitive approach to shape user experiences. They have a diverse background in education, serving as a Professor of English and Academic Tutor at Pace University, along with teaching English as a Second Language at various institutions. Throughout their career, Will has held multiple UX researcher roles, contributing to organizations like Brooklyn Raga Massive and the Guild Literary Complex. Will holds a Master's degree in Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Literature & Linguistics at Metropolitan State University of Denver, while also having completed a certificate in UX Design from General Assembly. In their spare time, Will engages in creative projects, reading, music, and nature exploration.
