William Cook

William Cook is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, and Library and Information Science. They served as a Graduate Assistant and Serial Record Specialist at the School of Information and Library Science Library and held various roles, including Library Management Intern and Knowledge Execution Lead at Cigna. William has also contributed as a Project Leader at Mohammed VI Library and as a Knowledge Management Consultant at Corning Incorporated. Currently, they are pursuing a BA in English and History at UC Santa Barbara while holding positions as Director of Knowledge Management and Director of Content Management at ADP. William earned an MS in Library and Information Science from UNC Chapel Hill and an MS in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton.
