Andy Bell, JD, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in employee relations, recruiting, and human capital management strategy. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ADP, consulting C-suite executives and supporting over 72 clients while maintaining a 95% client retention rate. Andy has also held key HR positions at PECO, where they focused on health, safety, and compliance, and has experience in various roles including Office Manager and Sales. They hold a Doctor of Law from Concord Law School and a BA in Public Affairs from Washington State University. Currently, they lead music programs to enhance community engagement at Eastridge.
