Dave Sims

Dave Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of recruitment and creative design. As the founder of so far so good since September 2024, Dave focuses on recruiting, particularly in IT. Concurrently, Dave serves as a Design Mentor at adplist.org and previously held a significant role as Practice Director for UX/UI and Creative at Salt from January 2018 to April 2024, leading the Creative Team in London. Prior positions include Associate Director and Sales Manager at Footfalls and Heartbeats (UK) Limited, where involvement spanned from December 2018 to June 2023. Dave's academic background includes a degree in Digital Design, Art & Animation from Train 2 Game and a BTEC in Performing Arts from Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke.
