Eric Cerqueira is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and mentorship. Currently serving as the founding designer at Tako, a cutting-edge HRTech platform, Eric has been instrumental in shaping the design discipline within the company since its inception in May 2023. Prior to Tako, Eric held various leadership roles at PicPay, where responsibilities included aligning business and user needs and enhancing the visual design language of the platform. Eric has also contributed to design strategy as a mentor at adplist.org and held advisory and senior positions in design at DROPULL, Praxio Tecnologia, and BgmRodotec, among others. Eric's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Paulista.
