Fadlim is an experienced product management professional currently serving as a Product Mentor at adplist.org since October 2022. Previously, Fadlim worked at Huawei from December 2023 to July 2024 as a Product Manager focused on large language models and generative AI across the APAC region. Fadlim held the position of Senior Product Manager at Tokopedia, a subsidiary of ByteDance, from January 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing video recommendation and content creator experiences while leading a team of over 40 professionals. Before Tokopedia, Fadlim managed Buy Now Pay Later and Banking-as-a-Service products at Cermati.com in 2021-2022, successfully building a new B2B business unit. Fadlim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Cyber Security and Forensics from Murdoch University, along with a Diploma in Information Technology from Kaplan International Pathways.
