Jaythan Elam

Jaythan Elam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design, branding, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Make More Money and Adjunct Professor at Southern Adventist University, Jaythan also holds roles as Founder/CEO of Jointley and Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder of a Stealth Startup. Previously, Jaythan was VP of Product Design at Adia Health, Head of Product Design at Stord, and Head of Design at Pass It Down, where significant improvements in user engagement and platform adoption were achieved. Jaythan's career also includes a Director role at Tigo Energy and a Principal Product Designer position at Big Nerd Ranch. Academic credentials include a BFA in Graphic Design and Art History from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
