Michael Okeje is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI automation, product development, and growth strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of GrowthCopilot since March 2025, Michael specializes in AI talent recruitment and training, as well as AI product development. Michael also holds the position of Growth Mentor at adplist.org and previously led product and growth efforts at Mdundo.com, focusing on several African markets. Prior roles include Growth Editor at the BBC, where Michael enhanced user growth and analytics literacy, and Analytics and Audience Development Lead at Ventra Media Group, driving significant user and revenue expansion for digital media platforms. Michael has a strong educational background, including an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University.
