Robbert Hazenberg

Robbert Hazenberg is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and UX strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Design Lead at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Owner of Studio Hazenberg, Robbert also contributes as a Design Mentor at adplist.org. Previously, as Lead Product Designer at Air France-KLM, Robbert focused on creating seamless customer experiences and journey orchestration using AI. Robbert has held significant roles at Randstad Groep Nederland, where responsibilities included leading mobile app design, and has experience in web design and online strategy from positions at Yacht, Randstad Technologies, and Overstappen.nl. Robbert began a career in content management and client relations at Business Talent Network and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
