Veronica Lin is an independent designer with a diverse background in design strategy and leadership. Currently, Veronica Lin operates Veronica Lin Studio and serves as a design mentor at adplist.org. Previously, Veronica Lin held the position of Senior Design Strategist for Sustainability and Innovation at PepsiCo, focusing on regenerative futures and circular economy principles. As Design Lead at Heyday, Veronica Lin directed industrial and brand design projects for a range of digital-first consumer products. Experience as a Senior Industrial Designer at Pensa involved leading multidisciplinary teams through all design phases, while earlier roles included positions at Josh Owen LLC, Starry Inc., MOVO Gelato, and as a Junior Program Manager at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Veronica Lin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design with a minor in Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has a strong foundation in humanistic sciences from Liceo Linguistico G. Pascoli di Firenze, Italy.
