Roderick Mathers

Roderick Mathers is a seasoned international executive specializing in portfolio management for infrastructure and critical minerals, currently serving as the Executive Director at ADQ. With significant experience in developing and financing complex Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, Roderick has successfully managed over 2 million sqm of new-build assets across various sectors. Previously, Roderick held executive roles at NEOM, where they identified a SAR100Bn infrastructure project pipeline and developed an independent ESG-conscious financial vehicle. Roderick holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, an MBA, and an LL.B (Hons).
