Zeeshan Sheikh

Zeeshan Sheikh is an experienced investment banking and private equity professional, currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure & Critical Minerals at ADQ. They have worked extensively in M&A, structured debt, and equity investments, engaging with C-suite and senior government officials across various regions including EMENA, Latin America, Europe, and South Asia. Previously, Zeeshan held positions including Vice President at Greenhill & Co., Associate at Commerzbank AG, and multiple roles at IFC, where they led significant investments in energy, transport, and digital infrastructure. Zeeshan is a qualified Chartered Accountant from PwC, London, and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Leeds.
